Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
Use the Site in the manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

*If User engages in a prohibited activity, we will suspend or terminate User’s account and will consider filing a lawsuit.

Termination

Diane Ridpath Art reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Diane Ridpath Art has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third-party sites and/or services. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, United States.
