I am an independent artist based in Kansas, USA. I sell original artwork, prints, and merchandise (such as cards, mugs, apparel, and other items featuring my artwork). I may also offer custom commission pieces under separate written agreements that describe the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and usage rights.

All artwork, including originals, prints, and digital images, is created and owned by me, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing and contact me with any questions before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item you ordered arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. I will review the situation and, where possible, work with the printer or shipping carrier to explore a replacement or other solution. Because many factors are outside my control, I cannot guarantee replacements in every case, but I will do my best to help.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in the product description. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside my control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. I am not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
